DUI, DWI, OWI, DUII or any Alcohol or Drug offender related charge in a state in which you are a non resident out of state and either reside in another state or are moving to another state, there is an online course available for you. In most states, a mandatory Alcohol education program for DUIDWI Alcohol awareness class or an intervention program to fulfill court or state-mandated requirements.

Sometimes a defendant and his attorney can agree to a pretrial diversion program for drug crimes of a criminal charge or offense. Many times in an alcohol or drug-related case, the pretrial terms may include a treatment, evaluation, interdiction or simply an online class.
