Whether for a traffic offense or other reason, there is an all online course which may satisfy your requirement. This course is available now in level I and level II 8 hr and 16 hrs in length. Some courts require 8 and 16 Hour courses for DUI charges and possession of a controlled substance, or an 8 Hour class for possessing Drug paraphernalia. Counseling and evaluation screening is also available. An offense of possession of marijuana, cocaine, crack, meth, heroin and even prescription Drugs and pharmaceuticals charge may bring a court requested condition to take the course.</p> <p>Most PCS offenses are tried in county level courts for marijuana and city courts for paraphernalia.
