Texas MIP Minors in Possession Alcohol Awareness Course

MIP (minor in possession) or any other alcohol or drug-related charge in Texas may need to take an alcohol awareness course or an alcohol/drug education program which can be available online. In Texas a mandatory alcohol awareness education program or alcohol awareness class or an intervention program to fulfill court or state-mandated requirements is necessary.

Sometimes a defendant and his attorney can agree to a pretrial diversion program for drug crimes of a criminal charge or offense.
