Alcohol and drug related offenses usually requires an intervention course or an Alcohol education program which can be available for you totally online. In many states a mandatory alcohol awareness or alcohol education pretrial diversion program for drug crimes program for DWI | OWI | OVI | DUI | MIP cases are court-ordered. Alcohol intervention classes in 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 24 and 32 hour courses to fulfill court or state-mandated judicial requirements.
Sometimes a defendant and his attorney can agree to a pretrial diversion program for drug crimes of a criminal charge or offense. Many times in an Alcohol related DWI–OWI–OVI–DUI–MIP case the Pretrial terms may include an Alcohol or Drug treatment, evaluation, interdiction or simply an online class. The pretrial diversion program for drug crimes is probation or probate sentence after terms are completed over a specified period. Many courts will probate an OWI or DUI for 1, 2 or 3 years depending upon the circumstances of the case.
Some courts and prosecutors will consider allowing an online program due to a defendant needing to get to an actual classroom site. Please contact your attorney or the court for approval prior to enrolling if you are in to take this course for a criminal charge. Not all courts or states allow online distance learning courses. Many courts may need 8 to 12 Hour courses for first-time offenses and longer courses for repeat offenses. You may begin the course upon registering and continue at your own pace and schedule.
